Got the exhaust finished and painted tonight. Removed the rear bumper. I am going to use the bumper from the race car which is considerably lighter than a stock MR2 bumper. I am also going to use the 1985 rear lights and center section. Those are a few pounds lighter as well. I found out that the Hydromatic 4-speed transaxle weighs in at 295 pounds with axles and full of fluid. That is a lot of weight. So as you see I am putting the MR2 on a little diet. Much like the Krylon Special Lite.

Lots of nice heavy dirt located everywhere. The bumper weighs 5 pounds more due to dirt. Not good for speed.
