I have a few spare MR2 parts cars. So I took the front fender flare off of one and mocked it up to the V8 MR2. It actually fit very well.

Before I started on the fender flares I finished the passenger side hub and rear brakes. Here is the hub all painted up.

Here is the Mazda RX7 rear caliper all cleaned and painted

While welding up the lip my brother saw some fire drip down. Well it was this fresh air pipe that was on fire.

All welded up. Looke pretty good. Just needs some grinding and some bondo.

Well I stuck the tire on and yes it fit, but barely, and only if I applied as much camber as I can, which is a lot. Good for looks, but not for going and turning fast. So off comes the quarter panel.

I am going to do it the way that I originally wanted. A real steel widebody. So I cut out the quarter panel.

This hole will be made bigger and the air cleaner moved inside
