Nice windy day. Worked on the sub-frame today. As I was trying to put the frame back up into the car some how I knocked the car, the car moved forward, fell off the front jack stands and onto the tires, then the rear jack stands fell over. Luckily the engine and engine hoist kept the car from falling to the ground. Trying to move stuff around the engine tilted and the hoist went way up in the air! Oh crap! So I had to get the wife to assist me. A few minutes later we had the car back on the rear jack stands. I got the engine properly located, got the sub-frame loosely mounted and sat the engine on a tire. I'll bolt it up tomorrow. Man this sucked. Sorry, no pictures as it was getting dark and I was too busytrying to keep stuff from breaking. |

1 The rear mounts. These bolt to the AW11 suspension mount on the chassis. |

2 I bought a BIG spool of .035 welding wire. MUCH better! |

3 I still have some welding to do to the frame. Then it will get a good coat of Red Rustoleum. |

4 SThe sway bar will mount to the tabs that stick out on the frame. |
 |
5 I may need to alter this cross bar, to clear the exhaust manifold. We will see tomorrow. |

6 This frame is heavy. But it needs to be to keep the power in the car |
